At Starpro Combat, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality products and services. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return or exchange your purchased goods. Therefore, we have developed the following policy for your convenience.

Return Policy

We accept returns of any goods or items purchased from Starpro Combat within 45 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a complete return the following must be true:

•    The customer must present the purchase receipt or any proof of purchase. 
•    The items being returned must have original tags and be packaged completely intact. 
•    The items must also be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with no signs of wear or damage, such as scuffing or wrinkling. 

Note – Please note that Starpro Combat will not be responsible for any damages or delays during shipping.

Non-returnable Items

To ensure the safety and health of our valued customers, we do not offer returns or exchanges for the following items if their packaging is not intact: undergarments, mouth guards, compression wear, protective cups, and other items of intimate use.

Exchange Policy

If a customer receives a defective or damaged product from Starpro Combat, we offer the option of an exchange under the following conditions. 

•    The items must be unused and in the condition as received, and the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. 
•    The returns will be processed within 5 business days after the goods are received at our warehouse. 
•    To initiate an exchange, the customer must fill out a simple RMA form and state the reason for the exchange or return. 

Note – Please note that this policy does not cover normal wear and tear that may occur while using the product.

Refund Policy

Starpro Combat offers refunds for eligible items returned within 45 days of purchase. Only after your product has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging, will you be eligible for a refund. Your email address will be used to update you on the refund's progress, and a credit will be immediately applied to your original means of payment if your request is approved. 

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as different institutions have different procedures. If the refund request is rejected, the buyer will be notified via email.
