Terms for Returning Goods

Starpro Combat products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return, the product must be unworn, unused and unwashed. The original tags and packaging of the product must be completely intact. The product must be clean, with no signs of wear or damage, such as scuffing or wrinkling. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Starpro Combat is not responsible for any damages during shipping of the return items. In case of return, customers will be responsible for paying any necessary shipping charges incurred.
Once the customer receives their order, we do not offer refunds for any reason other than damaged products or wrong items delivered. To initiate a refund, customers must provide evidence of the damage or incorrect item received. Customer must notify us within 30 days of receiving their order to be eligible for a refund. Refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was delivered. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Only items purchased from Starprocombat.com can be returned through this process. Instructions regarding return labels will be communicated to the customer on the email they provide once purchase of goods is finalized.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
In the interest of health and safety, certain products cannot be exchanged or refunded if the packaging is open, even if they are new. These include:
- Undergarments
- Mouth guards
- Compression wear
- Protective cups and other items of intimate use
- Once the customer receives their order, we do not offer refunds for any reason other than damaged products or wrong items delivered.

TERMS FOR EXCHANGE OF GOODS (IF APPLICABLE):

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Items must be sent back unused, in the condition in which they were received. For exchange requests, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges for the products.

Simply fill out the RMA form stating the reason for return/exchange. The returns will be processed within 5 business days after arrival at our warehouse. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that can occur while using the product. Please ensure products are sent to the right address:
